Hi, I’m Arthur Roehr, DNP, PMHNP-BC — a doctorally trained psychiatric nurse practitioner providing evidence-based medication management and supportive therapy for adults across California. I help patients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and stress navigate their mental health with clarity, structure, and practical treatment plans that actually help them feel better.
My approach is straightforward and collaborative. I focus on accurate diagnoses, clear explanations, effective medication strategies, and ongoing check-ins to ensure you feel supported and informed at every step. Patients often tell me they appreciate my calm, patient-centered style and my ability to make complex information easy to understand.
With experience in both clinical practice and academic training at the doctoral level, I combine strong medical knowledge with a grounded, personable approach. My goal is to help you gain stability, improve daily functioning, and build long-term wellbeing.
You’ll receive care that is attentive, measured, and tailored to your goals — never rushed or one-size-fits-all.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I work in a calm, collaborative, and straightforward way. You’ll always have time to talk through your concerns, understand your treatment options, and ask questions. I explain medications clearly, check in regularly, and make sure you feel supported throughout the process.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first visit focuses on understanding your symptoms, history, and goals. From there, we develop a treatment plan together, which may include medication, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up visits to monitor progress. I adjust treatment based on your needs and prioritize clear communication, consistent follow-up, and practical steps that help you feel better.

Insurance will be verified through a 3rd party biller, auto pay enrollment for payment after visits, and scheduling can begin once insurance has been verified.
I do have a 48 hour cancellation policy for $400 for the first visit and $100 for every 15 mins of a follow up appointment that will be charged to the card on file if cancellation or rescheduling is not completed accordingly.
