Went for a skin concern not realizing she wasn’t listed under dermatology on ZocDoc. She was kind but didn’t seem to truly focus on the issue i was having (didn’t explain why she was recommending a full physical and bloodwork for a rash).

She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. She listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the recommendations before I left. Brand new office. Very clean and friendly staff. Was taken in right away after paperwork as a new patient. Listened to my issues and gave good recommendations. Highly recommended especially as a new patient that usually doesn't feel heard by other doctors

My NP Mathews was nothing short of amazing. She listened to me in a way only an NP can do - after experiencing being dismissed and minimized by my previous provider in a different location , this was a refreshing experience.
