Do not go to Dr. Stephanie Hain!! She's the worse and unhelpful. The chick seemed like she didn't want to be there. Will never go back to this place and it was my first time. Not a friendly environment.

I honestly think this office is shady. I went in for a pelvic exam. Called 3 weeks later for a script of BC pills and they said i had to pay and come in again. I just had the exam and they told me they werent going to do anything new. They just wanted me to pay for another visit. I wont be coming back

I was at this location for almost 2.5 hours before I was seen. I was just there to get BC, which is ludicrous that it's not over-the-counter in this country. I wish I'd been told that they only had one doctor for the day so I could have rescheduled when I arrived. I was incredibly late for my meeting afterwards.
Besides being late, the doctor wanted to draw my blood and
charge extra for that along with requiring my past medical records. If I'd been notified to bring these records ahead of time, I would have. Instead of being able to give me a 6 month refill (I was expecting 12 months) she gave me just 2 months and said she "had" to wait until she received my former records from my last doctor, and that I'd have to come in again within another 2 months to get the remaining portion of the 6 months BC (another payment would be required for a second visit). Just another way to make more money and keep me coming back in!
If I hear back from this location I will consider coming back and changing my review but I'm not holding my breath. I don't intend to be back to this location. From the other reviews I've read, I'm the only who's completely frustrated with this sub-par business.

I had to tell the nurse practitioners what to do. I did not feel comfortable with the doctor or the practitioners as they did not know basic information regarding STDs, testing procedures, or prevention medication.

I booked with one location and had received a text message confirmation, but when I arrived they said I wasn't on their schedule so they had sent me to Jones Bridge location. The Dr herself was awesome but the communication between zocdoc and alpharetta office was horrible. I live in Austell so this was already a long drive for me yet alone having to drive to another location just for a papsmear

It was awesome. The nurses we're amazing and the procedure didn't take too long either. I got a full physical and blood drawn. If I'm nit picking then: the front desk had their whole system down so I filled out forms again which was annoying but okay. Either than that. Good experience.

I actually didn't see Dr Parikh.. I saw a nurse practitioners... BUT... she was very nice... She listened to my problem and offered great advice and treatment... Although I didn't like the wait process the people were very helpful and nice....

Time for Dr Asha to go back to India where sub par medical care is standard. I have been waiting for 10 days to pick up paperwork that was to be ready on the 19th. No one in her office has enough brain cells to go pick it up and hand it to her to have her sign it which is all that is needed. I want an apology and a refund of the money I paid.

Dr. Parikh has been my primary care physician for over a decade. I made this appointment on ZocDoc to meet with Dr. Parikh. It was not until I arrived I was told that Dr. Parikh is only at this office location on M and F. Chelsea, a nurse practitioner, handles most appointments at this location. She is also very good, but don't expect you will see Dr. Parikh.
Also, I spent a lot of time detailing the nature of my visit using the ZocDoc forms. Dr. Parikh's office did not review these forms at all prior to my visit, and did not retrieve my information from their other office location.

First of all, I didn't see Asha Parikh. I saw two completely different doctors. The environment wasn't friendly at all...more of a free clinic feel.
I had to provide a urine sample and couldn't go, so the nurse (older lady with an accent) knocked on the door telling me not to force myself and sent me home with a cup (gross) and told me to drop it off on Monday. So I come back on Monday to provide my sample (not bring one in with me) and they tell me that my blood work was already sent to the lab. Meaning, I wouldn't even get the full results of my physical because they never received this sample.
I only went to this office because I needed to complete the physical exam to receive my discounted benefits through my employer. At this point, I just needed my form to be completed and faxed back to my company, so I left the form with the receptionist. She insisted that I schedule a follow-up to go over the results of my blood work once it came back from the lab. I declined and told her that I would just review them once they came back to my company. But she insisted further and so I just scheduled the appointment. I come back in two weeks, a different doctor from before reads me the results from my work and I'm done. Maybe 5-10 minutes max. As I'm leaving, the receptionist stops me to pay ANOTHER co-pay to give me the results of my (incomplete) exam. I've never heard of or experienced this in all of my life.
I will never go to this office again and recommend that others not as well. They do have convenient Saturday hours but even that isn't worth the sub par care and treatment you are given.
I will end with a positive note. The nurse, (older Russian lady) was incredibly gentle when I had to give blood. I barely felt it.
