Had a great experience here. Everyone was so kind and I felt heard and welcomed.
The only complaint I have is when it came time to check out. I went in for an annual physical, which is completely covered by insurance. I was told I owed for an office visit. When asked why it was considered an office visit and not a physical, I was told that was just the way it was entered into the system. She said we must have talked about something that changed the status of my appointment.
I answered the questions asked during my exam, and if there was a point something was mentioned that changed the status of my physical, I would have just appreciated a warning or comment to let me know that furthering the discussion would add an office visit charge onto my final check out. I do not like being surprised by prices at checkout, especially when it was expected to be fully covered. Makes me hesitant to return.
