I didn't get to have an appointment because they didn't bother putting the correct location on ZocDoc. They claimed that they tried to contact me multiple times by phone, but the only contact I had from them prior to my appointmenttime was a voicemail the day before at TWO FORTY PM that said nothing except that I had an appointment and to "call them back." Like most people, I work during the day, I got home at 5:45. I showed up to the only location that was ever supplied to me by ZocDoc, 15 minutes before my appointment started. The office was closed. I called and they said I was in the wrong place. Instead of telling me where I needed to go, they hung up on me because I was "rude." I called ZocDoc about this fiasco and out of curiosity I looked up the other location. It was apparently THREE MILES AWAY. So I probably still would have been on time for my appointment or a little late, if they would have just told me where to go instead of lying about trying to contact me "over and over." I would not trust the staff here for anything. What a joke.

I really like how thorough he is with his examinations. He also takes the time to listen to the issues and symptoms of the patient. His staff is also very friendly.
