“I brought my prior prescriptions to assist him and he made a quick and accurate prognosis of my injury and assessed quickly and professional. His office was very busy but he was efficient and very helpful. The pain is subsiding and he scheduled me for an X-ray of my shoulder and neck area.

I was absolutely SHOCKED by the lack of bedside manner and professionalism exhibited by this physician, who is clearly burnt out at this stage in his career. I scheduled an appointment with his front desk staff, who were very kind but misinformed regarding what kinds of appointments he could see. Despite being very clear regarding what I needed to be seen for, the physician was surprised and abnormally upset regarding the clearance forms I needed signed, and actually BROUGHT IN his poor front desk staff to come "fix the issue" with me in the patient room! I'm a medical student, and was FLOORED by the lack of professionalism he exhibited by doing this. He literally gestured to them and said "you fix this", and then turned back to his computer. I just stared wide-eyed at the poor girls and told him how unacceptable what he was doing was. When we eventually came to the mutual understanding that he was not going to be able to fill out the forms, he then proceeded to try to HAGGLE down the cost of the visit rather than fully reimburse me for it since he couldn't do anything. This man needs to retire ASAP; I feel bad for the geriatric patients that see him and may be aloof to his money-centered, void of compassion business model in treating patients. On the plus side- this motivates me to be a better physician, one that would never dream of acting this way towards patients. Thanks for the inspiration, doc!

I didn't get to have an appointment because they didn't bother putting the correct location on ZocDoc. They claimed that they tried to contact me multiple times by phone, but the only contact I had from them prior to my appointment time was a voicemail the day before at TWO FORTY PM that said nothing except that I had an appointment and to "call them back." Like most people, I work during the day, I got home at 5:45. I showed up to the only location that was ever supplied to me by ZocDoc, 15 minutes before my appointment started. The office was closed. I called and they said I was in the wrong place. Instead of telling me where I needed to go, they hung up on me because I was "rude." I called ZocDoc about this fiasco and out of curiosity I looked up the other location. It was apparently THREE MILES AWAY. So I probably still would have been on time for my appointment or a little late, if they would have just told me where to go instead of lying about trying to contact me "over and over." I would not trust the staff here for anything. What a joke.
