About Ashley Choice

Hi, I’m Ashley — a Registered Dietitian from Texas. My journey into nutrition began with my own struggles with food and body image. Having personally overcome the traps of restrictive dieting, I sought a deeper understanding of nutrition far beyond strict rules. Along the way, God shifted my perspective from trying to control food to surrendering and living in true freedom. Our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit to be cared for with intention (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and food is meant to be intentional nourishment. Today, I use a faith-centered approach to help clients break free from food guilt, reject diet culture, and live out their divine purpose in optimal health.
