About Ashley Comparin

I want to help you navigate any complex health challenges and symptoms and find solutions that work for you. Although I see clients with a wide variety of conditions, I love working with people suffering from GI challenges like IBS, IBD, GERD, and SIBO; disordered eating; and hormonal conditions like PCOS. I know what it's like to feel trapped and worried that your health challenges have become the new normal. After a major surgery (see ya later, 13 feet of small intestine!), I was told I should ?just get used to? the remaining symptoms. I thought there must be a better way, so I went back to school and earned my master's in Nutrition Education from American University. In addition to my client work at Nutrition Hive, I also provide clinical supervision for postgraduate nutritionists through Clinician's Incubator. I earned my bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College, which laid the foundation for my passion in nutrition and health. In my spare time, I crochet (seriously, I have so many crochet projects) and love to bake and cook. If you have pets, I'm going to need to meet them (on camera)-I love them!
