I took star off for front office staff. Efficiency and courtesy could be improved...
The receptionist was pleasant but busy with another patient upon my arrival.. Understandable she wasn't able to assist me. I understand waiting but that being said there were a lot of office staff there (appearance of too many) did not acknowledge myself or any other patient. Receptionist had to ask one of the staff to help another patient standing there. Could tell receptionist seemed frustrated coworkers were not assisting patients.
Personal conversations by office staff were easily heard by patients. Some staff members were reclining in their chairs. One staff member glanced over at me and didn't smile, greet or stop reclining. Just gave the appearance of being unprofessional, not courteous or very efficient. Very different from my experience with the provider.

I was greeted warmly by the office staff, seen promptly and professionally by the PA, had blood drawn quickly and painlessly, and set up for further care. I will be back!
