I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding my appointment at Skin Solutions in Hendersonville on February 3, 2026, at 9:50 AM, with Ashley Heinly. I arrived at 9:30 AM to ensure all paperwork was completed prior to my scheduled appointment time. I waited approximately 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being called back. When I was finally seen, the appointment felt rushed and incomplete. My concerns were not fully addressed, and the overall experience lacked the level of professionalism and care I expected. Additionally, the incorrect area was frozen during my visit as well as the prescription we discussed was never called in and this is the 4th day post visit. Very disappointed.
