She was very direct and honest when answering my questions, but also patient and compassionate, which made it so much easier to talk openly about things that can sometimes feel uncomfortable or difficult to discuss. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense, making sure I understood what was going on and felt comfortable with my options. I left my appointment feeling heard, understood, and much more confident about managing my health. It’s such a relief to have a provider who makes you feel like an active participant in your own care rather than just another patient. I truly can’t recommend her enough!”

About Ashley Hooker
Initial Intake: $175 one-time (includes medical assessment + baseline labs).
Monthly Membership: $150/month flat rate for men OR $125/month for women
For men, that membership includes everything you need for ongoing hormone care: Testosterone Cypionate (if clinically appropriate), all follow-up hormone labs, routine appointments, and unlimited messaging with your provider.

Ashley Hooker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner who provides affordable, personalized care for women and men. She helps women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and a wide range of female health concerns, including irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes, low libido, vaginal dryness, discomfort with intimacy, and other sexual health concerns.
For appropriate patients, hormone replacement therapy may help improve symptoms related to changing estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone levels. Ashley works with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan based on symptoms, health history, treatment goals, and laboratory results when indicated.
Ashley also provides testosterone replacement therapy for men experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, such as low energy, reduced strength, difficulty maintaining muscle mass, decreased motivation, poor concentration, low libido, or sexual performance concerns. Treatment is carefully monitored and adjusted according to each patient’s response and ongoing health needs.

Ashley took the time to really listen to what I was experiencing and helped me understand what options were available. I never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole process has been straightforward and easy.
