Our practice offers advanced, on-site diagnostic testing—including EKG, spirometry (PFT), hearing evaluations, SUDO, ABI, echocardiograms, and ultrasound imaging—allowing for same-day assessments and a personalized, data-driven treatment plan.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with a valid ID, insurance card, and any relevant medical records. While you may request a specific provider, your visit may be conducted by another qualified provider within our care team to ensure timely service.
We accept most major insurance plans; however, patients are responsible for verifying coverage, copays, and deductibles.
Kindly note that a no-show or same-day cancellation fee will apply if your appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance or if you do not attend your scheduled visit.

I genuinely understand why this office had appointment availability. From the moment I arrived, the level of unprofessionalism was astonishing. One employee was coughing directly into her hand, prompting her coworker to audibly say “ew” and ask her to stop coughing. Shortly afterward, another employee called across the room, using my name, to ask whether I had sent my insurance information to the wrong email address. Apparently, discretion, basic courtesy, and proper coughing hygiene are not priorities at this medical practice.
I was then told I needed to change my designated PCP through Blue Cross before I could be seen. While I spent considerable time on the phone with my insurer trying to comply with THEIR requirement, employees repeatedly whispered to one another within earshot, asking “What is taking her so long?” and “Is she still working on it?” After finally making the change, I learned it couldn’t take effect until the following day. I even offered to pay out of pocket, but they refused and suggested rescheduling.
At that point, I had absolutely no interest in receiving medical care from this practice. Insurance complications are understandable; treating patients like inconveniences while displaying such a remarkable lack of professionalism is not. If a medical office cannot even demonstrate basic respiratory hygiene and respectful communication, I have little confidence in the standards of care practiced elsewhere. I declined to reschedule and walked out. I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.

I arrived about 10 minutes early. I waited for over 30 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor who came in did not even introduce herself but she was not the provider I booked with, then barely asked any of the standard questions for an annual exam and seemed annoyed that I was there. The whole experience felt like I was not at a real doctor's office and they weren't sure who should play doctor today.
