With three big dogs, all varying levels of husky, my household gets a lot of outdoor activity. Between multiple daily walks, parks, and swimming in any body of water we can find, my husband and I spend a great deal of time outdoors with our pack. I also enjoy pilates and meditation for the mind-body connection.
