About Dr. Ashley McGaughey

Dr. Ashley McGaughey grew up in Maryland where she was an avid soccer player. After an injury in college ended her career, she became involved with personal training and teaching group fitness classes. She is certified in over 2 dozen fitness formats. She became involved in chiropractic after a car accident tore up her shoulder. Told she would need surgery, she explored other options, which included chiropractic. After a few months of treatment, her shoulder was not only healed, but better and stronger than it was before. Profoundly impressed with her rejuvenated shoulder, she enrolled at Parker University to begin her chiropractic journey so she could positively impact people improving their health. She currently resides in the Dallas area with her husband, three kids, and dog Pippi.

During my first visit, the staff was very friendly and the office was nice. I was given a tour and shown the various services they offer. The visit was efficient and didn’t take long, and overall I had a great experience.

I took my mom.who was in terrible pain to see Dr. Ashley McGaughey, she was so attentive and sensitive to her and her needs, she explain in great detail where the pain was coming from and her plan to get her better. My mom who is a nurse really appreciated her and the fact that didn't rush to prescribe pain medicine instead she did therapy that same visit which actually helped her feel better.My mom.had an airplane trip 3 days after her 1st appointment and we thought she might not made it because of the pain she was in, but Dr Ashley made ir possible, not only she was able to fly and seat for 3 hours and walk around the airport with her carry on luggage and purse but she did it with no discomfort. I am going to schedule an appointment for me and eventually for my kid too.
