Hi everyone! Taking the first step is often the hardest. If you're ready to start your healing journey, I'm here to help. I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric APRN and I love helping people feel better, heal and move forward in life as best they can. With over 12 years of experience, I confidently say that I specialize in trauma, but also work with adults who are dealing with stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression or big life transitions. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a welcoming space where you can be yourself and not feel alone. My style is both warm and straightforward, empathetic, supportive, down to earth, holistic, and focused on helping you find balance and relief.
