I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with advanced doctoral training in both Integrative Health and Holistic Medicine. My goal is to not only help relieve symptoms but also to support long-term healing, resilience, and overall quality of life by addressing the mind, body, and spirit in every patient I serve. I believe every person has a story worth telling and a future worth building. Together, we will work to understand the root of your struggles, develop practical tools for coping, and build a plan that supports your unique goals. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I will walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and evidence-based care.
