A credit card is required to be on file for all clients. Intake forms must be completed prior to the first appointment. Payment is due prior to the first appointment for cash pay clients. Ashley Osborne, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Master’s in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of South Alabama and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. With over 10 years of experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and residential mental health settings, Ashley specializes in treating anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, behavioral challenges, eating disorders, and insomnia. After spending the last two years working alongside two Washington University psychiatrists—prescribing the latest treatments and participating in new drug research—she has gained significant expertise and knowledge. Ashley is kind, empathic, and strives to promote a warm, relaxed environment. At Osborne Psychiatry & Wellness, every patient receives the full attention they need. Every patient deserves to feel safe, heard, and important. Often, patients say they are extremely happy someone has finally really listened to them. We educate each client and develop a plan that is just right for them.

Ashley uses the latest pharmacological treatments but also has vast knowledge of holistic and integrative therapies, such as supplements, herbal remedies and counseling.

New patient appointments include a full psychiatric evaluation with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
