I’m Ashley Payne, a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) and Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM), providing personalized women’s health and midwifery care in Lakeland, Florida. That experience has shaped the way I practice: I’m thorough and evidence-based, but also relaxed and down-to-earth. I don’t believe women’s healthcare needs to feel rushed, intimidating, or impersonal. Whether you’re coming in for a routine visit or because you simply know something feels off, my goal is for you to leave feeling listened to and knowing what’s going on, what your options are, and what comes next.
