I am an animal lover and nurse, with decades of experience, who has overcome depression and alcohol use disorder through nutritional psychiatry, holistic wellness, mindfulness, and spiritual exploration-these experiences are close to my heart and inform my practice. My personalized functional and integrative psychiatric approach supports mind, body, and soul healing through a blend of nutraceuticals, pharmacologic supplements, mindfulness-based therapies, lifestyle changes, functional medicine testing, and ancient wisdom. I also support clients by providing medication management, deprescribing psychiatric medications, and benzodiazepine tapers.
