I am a Board Certified, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a focus on individualize treatment, which may include medication management and/or individual therapy. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and ADHD. I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals for emotional wellness with individualized treatment in a supportive environment. I take a conservative approach with prescribing and find that education is especially important in empowering clients so as to have the necessary information about expected outcomes, options moving forward, and what to do if they feel side effects are bothersome or negative effects are experienced. Though client motivation, compliance, and dedication are essential for progress and achieving treatment goals, my goal as a provider is to empower clients with a plan for treatment tailored to their individual needs that they can be comfortable and confident about.
