About Ashley Simons

Ashley has been working as a dietitian for 5+ years. Her pursuit to become a dietitian started when she discovered how she could combine her goal to work in healthcare, while also bringing her love for food and nutrition along with her. Primarily, she has spent her time in an acute care setting working with hospitalized ICU and cardiac patients, most of whom were on nutrition support (tube feeding, TPN/IV nutrition). While still working at a hospital during the day, she now sees clients virtually to provide nutrition guidance to those beyond the hospital setting. She works with clients who have a variety of goals and conditions and tailors their nutrition interventions accordingly. As we know, one size does not fit all and you will see that with working with Ashley, she will use an individualized approach to meet each patient where they are at. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition & Food Science and a Master’s of Science from University of Vermont.
