My typical process begins with an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and background to understand your unique needs. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, treatments or other approaches based on what works best for you. I focus on open communication and collaboration throughout our work together, regularly checking in to track progress and adjust the plan as needed. My aim is to provide the support you need while empowering you to take an active role in your mental health journey.

I made an appointment and the provider never showed up. I contacted the number listed on the website I was told that someone will get back to me before the end of the day today to see what the issue was that did not happen. I filled out all my paperwork and signed everything and I was not seen for my visit. I didn’t even get the courtesy of getting a call back to see what the problem was. ?
