As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach blends clinical expertise, empathy, and lived experience to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms. My first four years in nursing were spent in Oncology and Medical-Surgical care, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life as they navigated depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, and chronic illness. I believe mental health affects everyone, and no one should have to face it alone. With over 12 years in Women’s Health, I’ve walked alongside women and families during some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. From fertility challenges to birth trauma and postpartum transitions, I understand the emotional, psychological, and physical toll these experiences can take. As someone who has personally struggled with depression and witnessed the impact that substance misuse, mental illness, sexual assault, domestic violence, incarceration and suicide can have on individuals and their loved ones, I bring a level of compassion and understanding that goes beyond clinical training. I know what it feels like to seek help and I honor that courage in every person I meet. My mission is to expand access to high-quality, personalized mental health care and to create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal. Whether you're facing a major life transition, a mood disorder, trauma, or simply need support—I’m here to walk beside you on your path to lasting wellness.
