About Dr. Ashley Wiltshire

Ashley Wiltshire, MD is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist and a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist. She earned her medical degree at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington, Conn. and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Prior to joining Columbia University Fertility Center, she completed her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at NYU Langone Health in New York City. Dr. Wiltshire is passionate about patient advocacy, reproductive justice, and improving access to fertility care for all. Her research interests include IVF outcome optimization, fertility preservation, third party reproduction, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids and health disparities. She has presented her research findings at many national and international medical conferences and has also published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. When it comes to a person's fertility journey, there are many different avenues, experiences, timelines and personal desires involved. With this in mind, Dr. Wiltshire is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space to help patients reach their fertility goals through compassionate, individualized and evidence-based care.

Dr. Wiltshire was by my side through everything. She made sure I was comfortable and understood next steps - even calling to check in after the procedure. Magda made sure I was comfortable during when I woke up and made sure I had everything that I needed. Dr. H was straightforward and explained everything before administering the anesthesia. That was my first surgery ever and I felt well cared for and like I was in good hands.
Dr. Wiltshire is amazing. I appreciate her bedside manner and attention to detail. It’s comforting. I’m always impressed with any doctor that can recall methods, procedures, and facts at the drop of a dime. The fact that Dr. Wiltshire is able to do that in a manner that makes you feel like you are a part of the conversation, is invaluable.
All the doctors and nurses are always so helpful and communicate everything to you as a patient and just make you feel comfortable.
