Hello and welcome! I’m Ashley, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in helping young adults and adults manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD through non-traditional, non-pharmacologic approaches that empower lasting change. I understand that mental health is more than managing symptoms — it’s about building balance, focus, and confidence in everyday life. Many of my patients come to me struggling with time management, organization, motivation, and executive functioning — challenges that can impact work, academics, and relationships. My goal is to help you overcome these barriers using evidence-based, holistic tools tailored to your lifestyle and goals. I specialize in ADHD coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and structured behavioral planning to help you develop practical skills that enhance focus, productivity, and emotional resilience. My approach is collaborative and compassionate — we’ll work together to understand your unique needs, identify your strengths, and create a plan that truly fits you. Whether you’re navigating college demands, career pressures, or personal growth, I offer guidance that helps you feel more in control, more capable, and more confident in your day-to-day life. Areas of Focus: • Anxiety & Stress Management • Depression & Emotional Wellness • ADHD Evaluation & Coaching • Executive Function & Productivity Support • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Mindfulness & Lifestyle Strategies If you’re ready to take a holistic, empowering approach to your mental health — without relying solely on medication — I’d be honored to support you on that journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a partnership — one built on patience, honesty, and effort. I believe meaningful progress takes time, and I’m deeply patient and supportive throughout that process. But I also ask my clients to bring an open mind and a genuine willingness to do the work. Real change doesn’t happen overnight, and your active participation is key. Together, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and habits with compassion and curiosity — not judgment. I’ll help you identify what’s getting in the way of your success and teach you practical tools to manage your thoughts, emotions, and daily routines more effectively. My style is warm, straightforward, and empowering. I’ll meet you where you are, but I’ll also gently challenge you to grow beyond what’s comfortable — because that’s where real progress happens. If you’re ready to show up for yourself, I’ll be right there beside you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is designed to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped with real, practical tools from the very first session. We begin with a comprehensive initial evaluation where I take time to understand your unique story — your symptoms, strengths, stressors, and goals. This helps us create a clear picture of what’s going on beneath the surface, whether that’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, or challenges with focus, motivation, or organization. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan focused on non-pharmacologic strategies such as ADHD coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and structured behavioral planning. Each session builds on the last — helping you strengthen self-awareness, develop executive functioning skills, and create healthy routines that support long-term growth. You can expect me to be patient, consistent, and fully engaged, but also to encourage accountability and follow-through. My clients who see the greatest success are those who come ready to learn, reflect, and actively apply the strategies we discuss. Our work together is about progress — not perfection — and creating real, sustainable change that enhances your focus, balance, and emotional well-being.
