As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for all ages through secure telehealth. Services include comprehensive mental health evaluations and personalized medication management for conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

What should a new client know about working with you?
New clients can expect a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free environment. At this time controlled medications are not available vie telemedicine. Care is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s goals, symptoms, and life circumstances. Appointments focus on thorough evaluation, clear education about treatment options, and thoughtful medication management when appropriate.
The approach is evidence-based and patient-centered, with emphasis on improving daily functioning, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and take an active role in their treatment plan.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Care begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation to understand each client’s symptoms, history, goals, and current challenges. Screening tools and clinical interview are used to guide diagnosis and treatment planning.
If medication is appropriate, options are reviewed in detail, including benefits, risks, and alternatives. Treatment plans are individualized and developed collaboratively with the client.
Follow-up visits focus on monitoring symptom response, side effects, and overall functioning. Adjustments are made as needed to optimize outcomes. Throughout care, the goal is to provide supportive, evidence-based treatment that helps clients improve focus, stabilize mood, and function more confidently in daily life.
