As your psychiatric nurse practitioner, my role is to listen, understand, and partner with you in creating a personalized treatment plan. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other mental health concerns, my goal is to help you find the tools and strategies that promote healing, balance, and resilience.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I will strive for the best outcome. Whatever it is, let's talk about it. Just come with the mindset, that there are options...even for you!
What is your typical process for working with clients?
As your provider, I take into account of a few important details such as your allergies, medical/psychiatric history, current/past medications and a list of your symptoms with some background to provide a entire picture that supports your current challenge. I also provide talk therapy as needed. I encourage the patient to be included in developing the treatment plan in effort to produce the best outcome.

The nurse I had was wonderful, caring, patient, and very professional. She took the time to explain how my OCD and insomnia medication works in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the visit. I truly appreciate her kindness and clear communication. Asia really made me feel like a person and not weird with all my quirks.

I recently lost touch with my provider which led me to not being able to take my routine meds for my ADHD. I was struggling with my concentration at work, having difficulty sitting still for extended periods of time which was leading me into depression. As a provider, Asia is patient, thorough and prioritizes her patient's needs. I would definitely recommend her others.
