Hello! I have 13 years of experience working in healthcare. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Rochester. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, concerning alcohol use, and trauma/PTSD, aiming to change harmful habits and narratives that have controlled their mental health, discover self-acceptance, and recognize their true value and potential. I provide a safe space for deep healing and life-changing care that includes medication, lifestyle interventions, sleep optimization, mindfulness, and more.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Together, we will work to develop a treatment plan that will support your overall wellbeing. Our work will be to integrate medication if indicated, as well as personalized holistic and integrative strategies and coaching.

Asia was so sweet, patient, and thorough. She took the time to get to know me, and was incredibly nurturing. The video software used for the telehealth visit was a little wonky, it kept quitting on me while I was waiting. However once we connected, it held.

Asia Todd may be an excellent NP and I was excited to speak with her after a month wait. However, 60 seconds into the telehealth appointment she told me that since I am only interested in therapy rather then medication, she would send me a referral for a different associate and ended the call. (Since she did not ask me any questions about what I’m looking for and struggling with, a referral is useless.) While our brief interaction was not the most professional, I’m truly only writing this review in the case future patients are like me and are not interested medication, please choose a different doctor as you will not be seen.

Young prof ACE! I'm old, but I've learned my lessons . She's lovely to speak with—and I'm unsettled by much (bipolar, here)—I never felt weird with her. Asia is frank, professional, and personable. She listens.
It was a surprise that our future visits would be remote, but I'm perfectly amenable to video chats. This is very comfortable and convenient.
I have to say though, that her read on me was spot on. She sees, will say hard things you may not want to hear, but she's on point. She's one of the good ones.

Extremely empathetic and does not make you feel like she is trying to rush you out with as little info as possible or push higher dosages of drugs on you. This is often how I feel seeing an NP vs MD for psychiatric medications/conditions and Asia Todd is wonderful and makes you feel heard and understood during your visit (whether via video chat or in person). Feel very lucky that she is in my network!
