Asma is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a Master of Science in Nursing. Asma also has a medical degree from Asia, bringing a wealth of medical knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care. OFFICE POLICY:
1. Controlled substance prescription for new patients for IN-PERSON OFFICE VISITS ONLY after reviewing the medical necessity (No Telehealth refills).
3.We do no accept Medicaid, AMBETTER SELECT,BCBS Blue value HMO/HPN, Kaiser and CIGNA CONNECT
4. Patient will need to complete office intake forms 45mins before the appointment(ID Proof/insurance card is mandatory).

Regrettably, I did not feel seen nor heard during this appointment. The medical advice given felt very boilerplate and did not take anything I said into account. The doctor who joined after this NP that I booked with then suggested that I just stop taking a long term medication and suggested lifestyle adjustments (which I had addressed earlier as already having done, but I digress) instead of offering helpful solutions. He then suggested that I see a closer doctor and had nothing else of substance to provide. Unhelpful, and a waste of money.
