About Dr. Asmita Patel
My name is Asmita Patel, and I am a dedicated vascular specialist serving patients in Chicago's western suburbs. I am Board-Certified in Emergency Medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience, and I have extensive expertise in treating a wide range of vein conditions and vascular disorders. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago.
During my tenure in emergency medicine, I developed a particular interest in vein health after seeing countless patients struggling with the painful and often debilitating effects of venous disease. This led me to pursue advanced training in modern vein treatment. I look forward to serving the local Naperville community and helping patients improve their quality of life through expert vein care.

I was treated by Dr. Patel at Pulse recently after I hd vertigo. For what I thought was a scary issue, I was very impressed with the care I received. From the time I walked in, the staff was friendly and check in went quickly. Dr Patel was attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail and make sure I was comfortable with the steps going forward. She was professional and took time to listen to my concerns. Overall a very positive experience and I recommend for anyone in need of urgent care, especially Dr Patel!

Dr. Patel was amazing! I was seen immediately. She gave me great recommendations, was very efficient, answered all the questions I had and was extremely knowledgeable. I’m so glad I went in and got checked. Her staff is also very helpful. Would recommend anyone who needs immediate care at Pulse and to be seen by Dr. Patel! 10/10 highly recommend!

Extremely professional and attentive to my needs. My vein procedures were expertly completed, and Dr. Patel provided encouraging updates on the status of the procedure so that I was always informed. I highly recommend Pulse and Dr. Patel to anyone who suffers from leg pain or swelling. I’ve had a great result and am now free of pain. The urgent care center that is also a part of Pulse is a wonderful and convenient service that my family and I have used several times. It’s very efficient, no wait times (!), and we’ve received exceptional care. I highly recommend Pulse!

Dr. Patel and Michelle were absolutely amazing — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. It was clear that they genuinely care about their patients, which made a huge difference in my overall experience.

Had an acute problem with my right leg - pain behind knee and tingling along the heel of my right foot. Problem was none emergent. Dr. Patel prescribed medrol fose pack and NSAID. Referred to Orthopedic Specialist who
agreed with plan and treatment. Added on some physical therapy. Pulse Health was clean, fast, and great bedside manners. Very happy with staff and providers. Definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Pulse. Dr. Patel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood all of my treatment options. She made great recommendations based on my individual needs, and I truly appreciated how thorough the consultation was. The staff were also fantastic! very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more positive. I felt heard and well taken care of throughout the entire visit.
