Front desk assistant not professional at all ,doctor asked me to many stopped questions not related for my check up also and person she is works and takes for blood test doesn’t have enough experience overall I’m not recommend this office & doctor.

Waited in room 45 minutes past appointment time before doctor arrived at the office. I was expected to accept this and basically laugh it off. I bet if I were 45 minutes late, the reaction would not be to accept it and laugh it off. I was less than amused since I was there for fasting blood work and was taking time off from work.

As always, Dr. Motamedi didn't fail. This is a wonderful doctor. I've been seeing him for the past few years. Here and there you may have to wait 10 or 15 minutes but please tell me, what doctor's office can you go to these days and not wait? His bedside manner is awesome, he cares, he listens and whatever issues you may be having, he comes up with plan to work on that issue. He makes you feel very comfortable. This is an awesome doctor and whenever it's time for open enrollment, I try to make sure that the plan is accepted at this office. I absolutely love Dr Motamedi and will never see another doctor again unless I'm forced. Go see this doctor, you won't be disappointed.

I really liked Dr. Motamedi and started to recommend him to people. However, I am not hesistant to do so. On my follow up appointment I had to wait about an hour before being seen by the doctor. I tried to be patient and understand that things happen. But then I got a call this morning (a Friday) at 10:30 saying that the Doctor decided not to work in the afternoon the following week so my appointment for Monday afternoon was cancelled. When I tried to reschedule there was only one appointment available for the following week. I was given the option of coming to the office and sitting in the waiting room to see if the doctor could see me but was told there would likely be a long wait. I asked if the Doctor could refill my prescription in the meantime and was told no. So now I am stuck trying to rearrange my schedule last minute. I am considering switching doctors now. I would not select this doctor if you have a busy schedule.
