Outstanding experience!
Booked an appointment for a service offered on Zocdoc, just to receive a call from the office 45 minutes before the appointment, informing me they do not offer this testing. Further, they claimed to not accept my Anthem-BCBS Insurance, quoting me a cash price for services. Found another clinic within 2-miles who offered the testing and accepted insurance. I cannot recommend this practice.

They are amazing!
The medical assistant ;had no bedside manners. Never looked at me while taking or being friendly in any way. She took my vitals and scribbles them on a piece of paper never communicating the readings. Why take them at all? She was put off by my request to repeat the procedure to ensure everything was clear. It seemed it was an imposition to her. The exam cubicles were old dingy, with marks all over the walls and floors. A check out I did not receive a copy of what procedures were completed or what would be billed to my insurance. Never again.

Dr Davis was great by every standard! He wrote me a prescription for antibiotics which I was to take ASAP. But when I asked the receptionist to please fax it to my pharmacy, she declined. I would have understood if she was busy, with patients waiting, but there was only one patient who had just walked in. I really needed it faxed or emailed due to the degree of my infection. Overall, I would recommend the facility, and I will be back if need be. Nothing like having good doctors.

Dr. Whitley had awesome bedside manner. It’s never fun being at the doctors office, but she made me feel heard and explained everything thoroughly and in terms I could understand. I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend her!

I came in with a rash and explained the last 2 weeks leading up. I was taking Amoxicillin for a gum infection and Tamiflu for the flu. He said to stop both courses, both of which were to treat a different issue, and take his treatments. It was very confusing because each of the other two treatments say not to stop. Nothing was discussed, nor any context provided as to what may occur if I stop with the existing meds. When he left us with a script for antihistamines and steroids, he wished us well and hoped I would feel better. We left 30 seconds later and he's watching some movie on his computer. I left feeling the service was a little unprofessional and dismissive. Because I don't need the flu continuing, I've continued on my Tamiflu treatment against his orders. I have stopped the Amoxicillin and the rash has subsided. Please treat your patience with 100% attention and give context especially when taking them off another prescribed medication.
