About Dr. Atul Saini

Dr. Atul Saini is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction. Dr. Saini focuses on non-surgical treatment (physical therapy, injections, medications) as well as surgical treatments (primary and revision hip and knee replacements, meniscus tears). He has training in: robotic-assisted and computer navigated joint replacement, partial knee replacement, anterior and posterior hip replacement using minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Saini believes in shared decision making with his patients through open communication and taking time to educate patients on their condition. He presents appropriate treatment options depending on the severity of the condition so that patients may make a well-informed decision about their health. He truly believes that each patient is an individual and aligns care with patient expectations with the ultimate goal of restoring quality of life and mobility. Dr. Saini earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), completed medical school at Western University in Pomona, CA. He then completed Orthopedic Surgery residency at Community Memorial Health System in Ventura, CA and finally his fellowship training at Orthopedic Associates of Michigan in Grand Rapids, MI. In his free time, Dr. Saini enjoys spending time with his wife. His main hobbies include traveling, cooking, car detailing, hiking, and fitness.
