About Aubrey Phelps

Aubrey is a registered functional dietitian specializing in perinatal and pediatric nutrition. She is also a certified lactation counselor and perinatal fitness coach. Aubrey often jokes she does all things mom and baby. From fertility and pregnancy, through postpartum and breastfeeding, to infant feeding and even tube-feeding, Aubrey uses her nearly 10 years of professional experience, and personal experience as a mom of four, to support clients in their journey to and through parenthood. She is the author of *The Big Book of Baby-Led Weaning*, creator of *Feeding Littles*, a starting solids course, and loves working with women and families as a part of their village. Aubrey believes her job as a provider is primarily to empower and support her clients.
