Bad start. She rescheduled my 9 am apt to the 2 pm 4 minutes before the apt. Then for the 2 pm, she was 49 minutes late and couldn’t do a video call just a phone call. Took about 5 minutes which was strange since I just moved to Texas I needed a new provider for my Adderall prescription. Didn’t ask for any previous records. The longest part of the process was trying to get her on the phone.
Fast forward to getting my prescription filled. It’s been six days since my appointment and the pharmacy still doesn’t have the script!! I called her today and she said she would get it done Eod. I’ve been out of my prescription since Saturday and have been struggling without it, I stressed this to her. I have a huge work deadline tomorrow. I’ve never had a bad experience with a doctor for my meds before. Starting to think this is a scam and I need to schedule another appointment. This is infuriating- go elsewhere if you want to her cared for like an actual human.

Appointment time came and went, texted the office and was given the Dr's number and told to call. No answer. Contacted the office again and they said the Dr was running late and could I reschedule for 2 hours later? I said I could not but that I was available at 9am the following morning. The next morning I waited 45 minutes and Dr was a no-show again.
This is my first time trying ZocDoc and so far I'm not impressed. On the plus side, the office staff was friendly.

Very disappointed with my experience. Felt as if the doctor/medical professional was annoyed during the appointment. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or other issues. Left feeling confused because I have never experienced an interaction with a medical professional like that.

I saw Agustina Ogbonna, and she was so helpful and kind. She is a very professional and helpful. This appointment was fast and quick that I did it during my lunch hour and picked up my medication too! Thank you guys fo your professionalism! They take blue cross blue shield of Texas insurance.
