Dr. Robles is a very knowledgeable person. Always takes her time to listen to my concerns about my health. She treats me as a human being (real patient)and not as another ordinary customer. ($$$). Hopefully Orlando Health is recognizing her great work.

I really enjoy that my doctor, Dr. Robles really seems to understand what I'm trying to get across to her about my health. She listens intently and helps me find the best chair for my problems. This is my first time experiencing ORLANDO Health as a PCP and it was a breath of fresh air. I came across the front desk, nurses, and Dr. Urquia-Robles, the service is exceptional. I literally went home and told everyone that listened that I finally have a medical team that will listen and address my health concerns, and making an action plan best suited to me, as an individual. Thank you for that, because I have come across different PCPS, that have ridiculed and negatively affected me. I am so happy the care that goes in that office. I had tears of joy rolling down my face, that I was treated with respect, dignity, and trust, and I will look forward to utilizing the excellent service provided at this office. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. From check in, to walking out of the office I had a smile because I know I was in the very best care.
