About Dr. Austin Warren
I didn’t originally plan on becoming a chiropractor. While finishing my kinesiology degree and preparing for a career as a firefighter, I started working part-time at Coast Physical Medicine — the clinic founded by my father, Dr. John Warren, and his brother, Dr. Dan Warren. Growing up around chiropractic made it feel normal — like something everyone just knew about. But because it was part of our family, I rarely saw what actually happened during business hours. Once I started working in the clinic, everything changed. I began to see people come in with pain and walk out noticeably better — lighter, more hopeful. And it wasn’t rare — it was consistent. The feeling of being part of that kind of healing process was contagious. I found myself drawn not just to the science, but to the impact. Helping people with my hands gave me a sense of purpose I couldn’t ignore. With a background already aligned in kinesiology, the transition into chiropractic felt like more than a career shift — it felt like a calling. Now I get to join a team that has refined their craft over three decades, and I’m excited to bring new energy, modern systems, and a deep commitment to carrying our mission forward. The future of Coast Physical Medicine isn’t just about growth — it’s about becoming a benchmark for care in Orange County, where our culture of service, family, and community continues to transform lives both inside and outside the clinic.

Dr. Austin Warren is one of the best, actually THE best person i have gone to for chiropractic care. He is very friendly and charismatic, hes a nice person and he always makes sure I am comfortable for my appointment. Every time I have gone to this office it has been a great experience and I come out feeling great. The office is great at checking what's covered in my insurance as well if I ever wanted to do any other treatment options for my shoulders.

I am so appreciative of Dr Austin Warren! I had the first good night of sleep last night thanks to the adjustment he gave me. He asked a ton of questions so I really felt like we were getting to the root of the issue and then he walked me through the science of everything while I was being examined. Its so great to feel some relief, and know what is most likely causing my issues so I can try to correct it at home as well.

Completed both adjustments as well as their superhuman protocol. This is something new to me, but it is a great experience and has really helped my energy, mental clarity and focus.
Would highly recommend trying this if you haven’t yet. Dr. Austin has been great to work with and always very helpful and professional.

I can’t recommend Coastal Physical Medicine enough! I came in with persistent pain that had been affecting my daily life, and thanks to their care, I’m finally feeling like myself again. Dr. Warren took the time to listen, explain what was going on in a clear and reassuring way, and walked me through each step of my treatment. He even made time to see me on short notice, due to my pain.
If you’re looking for a chiropractor who is genuinely invested in your healing and makes you feel cared for from start to finish, this is the place to go.

Austin is very knowledgeable and very professional. He help my back feel better after being injured. He gave me great suggestions for additional things I can do to help feel better while I am home. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
