About Dr. Ava Schiltz

Dr. Ava grew up in Iowa, where she attended St. Ambrose University, earning a degree in Biology and Theology, while also competing as a collegiate dancer. Her path into chiropractic was inspired by her brother-in-law, a chiropractor who demonstrated that chiropractic is not just a career, but a lifestyle centered on helping others live healthier and happier lives. She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Throughout her professional journey, Dr. Ava has gained experience caring for patients across all stages of life, from infants and pregnant mothers to the elderly. To better serve her patients, Dr. Ava has completed additional training in prenatal chiropractic care through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), specializing in the Webster Technique which is a gentle, specific approach that supports pelvic balance during pregnancy. Dr. Ava has also pursued advanced education in extremity adjusting allowing her to effectively address issues in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, feet and ankles. Dr. Ava is dedicated to delivering individualized, specific chiropractic care that helps patients of all ages move better, feel better, and function at their highest potential.
