Hi! I’m Avery Dinallo, DNP, FNP-C, DCNP, FSDNP, a board-certified dermatology nurse practitioner and President of the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin. I take a personalized, evidence-based approach to treating acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and other common skin concerns through a blend of medical and integrative dermatology, combining prescription treatments, skincare, supplements, lifestyle support, and long-term guidance. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, educated, and supported throughout their skin journey. I created this platform to allow for longer, more personalized visits, the ability to answer every question thoroughly, and easy direct communication through secure portal messaging whenever patients need support.
I received my dermatology training at Princeton Dermatology in New Jersey and have practiced dermatology across the country, including with the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, through out nursing homes in Florida, at a busy office in Atlanta and the last 5 years through out Idaho.

I was seen by Avery for my acne and there was like no wait. She is super kind and personable and I felt like I was actually heard during my visit. Pricing was very reasonable and I will be back to see her!!!

Love all me! I was a little nervous about a virtual dermatology visit, but it was so easy and personal. We saw Avery, she really listened, explained everything clearly, and had my teenager feeling hopeful walking away.
The treatment plan worked beautifully — my teen's skin has cleared up and their confidence is back. The convenience of doing it all from home was just the cherry on top. Cannot recommend enough!

They talked to me one on one for 30 minutes! I walked them through what I was already doing and they helped create a new plan that is more personalized to my skin! I did it all in the comfort of my own home and when I made the appointment I got in within 24helped create a new plan that is more personalized to my skin! I did it all in the comfort of my own home. The amount of research she does to keep up on the latest studies and recommendations range full circle from prescriptions to natural things you can do at home to help with your issues. Allme is a game changer for the derm world. I was able to fill out my intake form in under 3 minutes, snap two pictures of my face and that same day I already had a licensed dermatology provider formulating my customized compound medication.
As a busy working mom of 2, not having to wait for an appointment, traveling, and all the in between with scheduling medical appointments, I am so grateful!

I was diagnosed by my local dermatologist with frontal fibrosing alopecia. I was having serious side effects to the steroids. I also developed overall hair thinning. My doctor changed my medications but it was not stopping the hair loss.
I consulted with Dr. Dinallo. She proposed an alternative treatment protocol. I brought her protocol to my local doctor.
The hair loss stopped after about a month. My hair started to grow back in after 4 months of treatment.
I was thrilled and so grateful to Dr. Dinallo. My dermatologist, here in Maryland, now uses Dr.
Dinallo's protocol for his other hair loss patients. My beautician has sent 2 of her clients to my dermatologist for treatment as well.
Dr. Dinallo treated me with compassion. Her knowledge and experience gave me my hair back. I will be forever indebted to her.
