Really like how to the point our sessions are, and let me tell you I don't miss the wait times my past practitioners inflicted on me. Efficient, friendly, and listens. Her wisdoms to suggest a holistic approach when appropriate vs the quick fixes is much preferred to what I've experienced in the past (I often felt like a lab rat with the other approach). Highly recommended if you just want to deal with your issues and appreciate efficiency and follow through.
