Always an informed visit. Ayana Dudley is extremely knowledgeable and she is able to teach me about nutrition and my body and she sets attainable goals for me that I have been able to reach every time. She has taught a new way to live and I am and will forever be grateful to her. She is able to give you a plan that is practical for your individual life. I wish she was able to teach all of my friends and loved ones what she has taught me. She is an excellent provider!

I have been working with Ayana Dudley for a few months now and she is a great dietitian with so many helpful tools and tricks up her sleeve to help you reach your health goals. I highly recommend her if you're looking for an awesome nutritionist.

Working with Mrs. Dudley has been amazing. After being told by my doctor, that I am borderline pre-diabetic and have high cholesterol; I reached out for some dietary help. She has educated me on all things nutritional, that I need to know. Understanding how to balance my diet and remove the foods thar are not good for me. She has given me the resources to make better choices. I truly appreciate her approach, as I feel that she is looking out for my best interest.
I would definitely recommend anyone work with her.

I always have an insightful visit with Ayana! I walk away from our sessions with a renewed sense and deeper clarification of the steps needed to reach my why. Ayana's warmth and personable nature allow for genuine communication. Ayana is professional but yet down to earth. She the total nutritional package!
