“A longer wait than usual as they had a medical emergency. Only had to wait an extra 30 minutes to be seen. However Dr was amazing and gave me a diagnosis within 10 minutes. Was dealing with my issue for many years and no one actually gave me a diagnosis; only meds that did not work. ”

I did not find her genuine. I also felt she dismissed my problem. Her staff was not nice either. I have never felt this way from anyone in Optum over the last 20 years.

I believe Dr Ayelet is an excellent Dermatologist. She is thorough and explains things well. Very friendly and easy to relate to as well. It would be appreciated had her office indicated that she was not participating in my insurance plan. I did not expect to be billed for services whereby I was told after the fact that she was out of network. This was a surprise. I will now need to follow up with another provider elsewhere as my results are in need of follow up. This is not convenient at all.

I love her - she is thorough, answers any questions, great personality, has a great team with her to make the visit fast and informative. Not happy that I have not been able to see her for my yearly visit. Have to schedule with another Dr. and then wait 2 years to see her for that.|Think that is an outrageous decision by whomever. If I schedule my annual appoint for next year with a specific Dr I WANT TO SEE THAT DR. Having to schedule with someone else is beyond the pale. - are you kidding me ?? I am able to see her in the interim if I have any issues as she had told me and absolutely I have seen her many times. She is my favorite Dr. !!|

Dr. Mizrahi was very pleasant, funny even. I felt I was in capable hands and she took my issue seriously. She was thorough and checked out my back even, and removed a sample she was concerned with. Highly recommend; exactly the level of serious I was looking for.
