Wasted 4 hours of my day just for annual checkup and bloodwork. For the bloodwork, one technician used her bare fingers to touch my bleeding puncture hole, no gloves used. She touched my blood with her bare hands. Then she tried to prick me with a needle with no gloves on. It is a rule that gloves must be worn when dealing with blood. When I told her to put on gloves she gave a lot of attitude. Disgusting. The office staff are extremely unprofessional, rude and care more about talking about their vacations than offering patient care. The doctor seemed nervous and didnt explain much. Im switching providers and dont recommend anyone to use garden obgyn

This office is the most unprofessional office. I booked an appt thru Zocdoc and the office could not find the appt. Meanwhile the appt was booked and showed booked on Zocdoc. I called and had to rebook the appt giving my information all over again. The appt was booked at a different location. Less than a hour of my appt time I get a call saying the office is flooded. I was rescheduled again . Without warning or informing me of this they booked me with a MAN doctor. Never told me never asked my preference. I originally had a female doctor . Then after all this and during all this they called my phone 20 times texted me 20 times reminding me of an appt that they cancelled! TERRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANY SEEVICES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
