I had a very positive experience with Dr. Hameed. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, making me feel heard and understood. She explained each step of the treatment process in a clear and reassuring way, so I felt confident about the plan moving forward. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made the visit very comfortable, and I left feeling supported and optimistic about my care. The staff at Optum were all very helpful and welcoming.

The provider was helpful and professional. As for the front desk staff, it was very unpleasant. Upon arrival, one of the female front desk receptionists was arguing with an elderly woman and used profanity towards her.
