Serving members of the Pomona, Upland, and San Antonio communities, Dr. Azhar Majeed provides quality internal care with attention to detail, compassion, and a gifted support staff. He uses only the most up-to-date equipment to ensure accurate diagnoses and safe treatment plans.
Dr. Majeed offers a broad range of services with a focus on managing chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart problems, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He also specializes in adult wellness programs, which include education about ways to prevent disease and achieve overall health.

The wait was the worse part, approximately 40 minutes. The actual meeting with Dr. Majeed was great. I’ll be returning and relieved to finally have found my new primary care doc!

Experience with Dr Majeed is always great! He is awesome Doctor and a patient advocate.
The downfall of the office regardless how GREAT the doctor is the professionalism, efficiency, best practices, and patient service of the office staff. It is very unfortunate I have to call for a month without office response. They would say they will do something for patient and never follow through. Nobody picks up the phone and just keeps ringing and ringing. Requested assistance is not consistently adhered to help. The office needs to have enough office staff and a good receptionist to answer the phone who is the link and portal to patient care. Please improve office support and patient service.

The office visit, as all of them have been, was on time and thorough. Dr. Majeed was very responsive to my concerns and needs, and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Do NOT go to this doctor.
I went in and received 4 separate bills from his office, which could have been covered by my insurance if Dr. Majeed's office had coded my visit correctly. Also, I couldn’t get a hold of the Dr. Majeed after I had received results and so I needed to call my family who works in the medical field to review the results with me. Asking my family for this help felt weird because I wanted to speak with Dr. Majeed about my health first. By the time Dr. Majeed called me back then all I could say is “I spoke with medical practitioners in my family and I already understand what the results mean now.”
For nearly a year, I have worked with my insurance company trying to get Dr. Majeed’s billing office on the phone so they can recode my visit. Half of the time the office wouldn’t answer my phone call and the other half of the time they forgot to call me back. I just called his office to pay the bills, even though I shouldn’t have. His billing office was not able to provide me with an email receipt or confirmation number for my payment so I have to wait 48 hours and call back again to see if my payment has been processed and if I can get a confirmation number then. This is the most complicated and unhelpful visit I have made to a doctors office.
In short, go to literally any other doctor. Dr. Majeed’s office is disorganized and unhelpful at best.

Dr. Majeed is perhaps the most thorough family doctor I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and his wait times are very short. But he will also spend a long time with you to answer any and all of your medical questions. He is never in a rush and makes sure to check every possibility to diagnose your medical issue. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very nice, I would recommend him to friends, and I will be keeping him as my primary care doctor. I needed some paper work filled out to send to the gas and power company in order to get a medical discount on services and the signed documents were in my mailbox 2 days later. I was surprised how quickly he took care of everything especially with me being a first time patient at his office. Staff was very nice and they referred me to a specialist and scheduled me an appointment with the specialist all while at his office.
