“The office was not aware of my appointment, they didnt have anything available for today but they went above and beyond and i was seen, the staff was amazing, the Dr was super attentive, i finally feel like i was really seen, and they will help me to take care of everything wasnt proper taken care by other drs. Im really glad i wasnt seen yesterday by other dr and find this cause they really take care of me and my worries. ????????”

The office had no idea about anything that is made on ZocDoc which was a waste of time and all they could do was apologize. None of your doctor's offices should be affiliated with ZocDoc but they can't figure out when someone makes an appointment online for a virtual appointment. Doctor wasn't even in the office.

This insurance is horrible! The office said I had another dr and they needed a referral number for me to see them. Also stated that Zoc Doc doesnt update in their system so no appt. Was made for me.
