I had an appointment with Dr. Adam’s - the entire purpose was to get my prescription refilled. I contacted the pharmacy he indicated and they had no record of it. I messaged Dr. Adam’s two times after that asking him to re send the prescription or help me get my medication in any other way. It has been too long with no response. Given that I needed a depression medication, I would expect more prompt assistance when I say I haven’t gotten the medication I made the appointment for. Though Dr. Adams is kind and pleasant, I would choose a different provider if you want attention for your medical issues.
