Bailey Phillips, AMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
CA
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a space where clients can safely explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy because they feel stuck in the effects of trauma, whether those experiences have contributed to overwhelming grief, a difficult relationship with food or body image, or patterns that no longer serve them. My clinical experience includes working with individuals across the full continuum of care—from inpatient and residential treatment to PHP, IOP, and outpatient therapy—which has given me the opportunity to support clients at every stage of their healing journey. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Brainspotting and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients process the experiences that continue to impact both the mind and body. Having completed Brainspotting Phase 1, Phase 2, and Expansion training, I enjoy helping clients reconnect with themselves, develop greater flexibility in how they respond to life's challenges, and move toward lives that reflect their values rather than the pain of their past. I recognize that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients through that process. Whether you are grieving a loss, healing from trauma, or rebuilding your relationship with yourself, I strive to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel safe enough to heal and empowered to move forward. I believe meaningful healing is possible, and I am honored to support my clients as they rediscover hope, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.
