About Bailie Knox
Bailie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition from Southeast Missouri State University and experience in weight loss, eating disorders, and performance nutrition. She believes food is medicine and is dedicated to helping you create a positive relationship with food and movement while working together toward your goals.
Approach to Care
Bailie believes nutrition is not one size fits all and works with each patient to develop customized care based on their goals, needs, and lifestyle.
What to Expect
During the initial session, Bailie will dive into learning all about you! Understanding your goals and your readiness for those goals is key to creating a successful plan together. You may be asked about your medical and diet history, relationship with food, family and home life, exercise habits, and more.
In her free time, Bailie enjoys taking group fitness classes, reading fiction novels, baking, going on walks with her dog, and spending quality time with her boyfriend!
