I really wanted to have a good review to share, but I felt incredibly offput by the docs huffing sounds throughout our first discussion and questionare. And the way she asked some questions felt rude and insensitive... I was confused by the experience, especially coming from a mental health professional... I expected more patience and tact. Maybe it was an off-day for them, but like, it just wasn't pleasant at all.... The staff and facilities were great though!

She was helpful in prescribing medication, but she was condescending. I didn’t understand that she was writing me a prescription after the 1st appointment, I thought we would be reviewing my labs before choosing what to put me on. When I told her this during our second appointment, she said “when we assume things, we make things harder for ourselves” (because I assumed she would look over labs for an understanding of my health before choosing a medication). Then throughout the whole appointment, she made me repeat back what she said to her and what I understood from what she said. She didn’t do that during our first appointment, this started after the misunderstanding. After the 2nd appointment she changed my prescription, still before reviewing my labs. She was 25+mins late to the 1st appointment which I was fine with. I was no more than 5 mins late to the second appointment because of a stomach issue, &she gave me no grace, even after I explained I tried to contact the office.

Just seemed out of sync with what I was saying… jumped to conclusions about what I am struggling with… seemed agitated that I pushed back when I didn’t agree with her … I left wondering why is she still practicing if she’s so agitated by her patients. Honestly, she seemed quite rude in my opinion… I left feeling worse than when I came in!!! She was SUPER judgmental and arrogant… maybe that type of treatment works for some people but i wasn’t impressed
